Back from France - Suitably Well Fed!
Got back from France Monday night - INCREDIBLE wedding! Images and info to follow. But for now, I’ll just say I have never eaten so much cheese, bread and sausage in my life…. Working Tuesday and even did some shooting for an amateur dramatic group last night. Horrible room and horrible light - but had a few minutes of evening sun slanting through the windows. The D3 is fantastic in situations with high contrast - the image above, of one of the leading ladies, is pretty much straight out of the camera. It needs to be seen at full size to appreciate how the camera holds the highlights - very, very impressive.
